Salary is quoted above PLUS bonus 

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing; 
•Experience identifying and developing new business in new markets through contact with end-user and customers; 
•Leadership and management experience; 
•Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; 
•Strong strategic thinking skills; 
•Demonstrated experience working in a global environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 
•Five years of experience in marketing raw materials and/or finished product into the adhesives, inks, paper, or textile markets; 
•MBA; 
•Language skills in German and/or Spanish.
