10+ years of Oracle database administration on a Unix Sun/Solaris environment. Strong experience with Oracle Streaming and Replication, Oracle ASM storage management. Strong experience with Oracle RAC implementations, SQL coding and tuning. Experience with Oracle 11G. Oracle RAC. Oracle Grid, RMAN, Unix Shell scripting, database tuning, and configuration. Individual will be required to provide production 24/7 coverage on rotating shift and support weekend implementations. S/he will be working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementation. Experience working with Implementations in a government or civil service environment. Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Experience working within a matrix environment.
