Review of subscription agreements Follow up with investors on missing documentation Complete KYC and AML on new partners Carry out partner transfers and name changes Maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records Maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts Production of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence Distribution of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence Follow up with investors for payment on past due calls Update all contacts information in all systems Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls 

Experience 3-7 years experience in Financial Services 
Exposure to accounting and performance reporting Hedge fund or mutual fund background 
Demonstrated strong client relationship experience BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Economics Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects 
Investran experience
