Test Automation Script Developer - (US-NY-New York)
Compensation: $80K - $105K / Year

Experience developing scripts using descriptive programming in IBM Rational Functional Tester. Experience developing functions using coding in java. Experience in descriptive programming with other Automation Tools like QTP, Winrunner, Rational Robot, open-source. Experience with object-oriented programming language. Experience using integrated tools of Rational Suite (Rational Functional Tester, Rational Manual Tester, Test Manager, Requisite Pro, Clear Case and Clear Quest). Customizations and implementations of integrated Rational applications. Experience creating testing deliverables that include Test Strategies, Cases and Scripts as well as testing PeopleSoft 8.x configuration, new functionality, patches, fixes and upgrades. Functional knowledge of HR Benefits and Payroll Administration processes is desirable. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. analysis, recreation). Excellent communications skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
