A very experienced BI/DW program manager with excellent consulting experience 

You have a solid background in the DWBI space. Not someone who was working in web development and then a couple of projects in DWBI. 

They want individuals who have come up the technical track in DWBI (started as a developer, architect, project lead or some variation is fine). The individuals will need to have the ability to talk with clients around technologies, contribute in architecture calls etc (A functional PM will not work. On site/off-shore experience required. 

They will lead teams on/offshore in programs of up to 15 Million dollars and team sizes up to 25 Million and teams up to 150.
