MUST COME FROM CONSULTING 
 Management & scheduling of resource pool 
 Ownership of global resource calendar and assignment to projects 
 Optimize assignment of consultants across regions and projects 
 Recruiting of consultants (interaction with recruiters, managing the screening process, offer letters) 
 On-boarding new consultants: initial training (corporate & functional), arranging shadowing assignments 
 Field consulting enablement (ongoing consultant training, creating of new implementation tools & templates, holding monthly update calls, quarterly meetings by office, and annual offsite "services summit") 
 Partner consulting enablement (training / certification programs) 
 Product-ize service offerings (i.e., Quickstart, upgrade support packages, "modularized" implementations, better estimating models) to enable "turnkey" selling of services packages 
 Consolidate project status for reporting to Services and Corporate management 
 Creation and reporting of important metrics to measure health of services business 
 Evaluate and possibly implement a professional services automation (PSA) tool
