The Director of Marketing is responsible for all areas of marketing including marketing strategy, digital, public relations, promotions and events.

The critical role requires a creative, results-oriented, energetic marketing professional with a passion for the job and the skills to deliver legendary results.

Responsibilities
» Plan the marketing global strategy to achieve market awareness and sales pipeline development. This includes strategy, budgeting, and building a team to execute against the long term vision
» Manage the brand via Social Marketing, DM, PR, Online Marketing and Event Marketing
» Spearhead lead generation campaigns including advanced nurturing programs
» Develop benchmark criteria to measure and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs
» Support sales and business development teams by providing marketing collateral. These efforts will include management of both internal and external resources
» Recruit, coach, mentor, and raise the team's ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for development

Desired Skills
» 4+ years of experience in a marketing role with demonstrable success in digital, social, agency management and media areas
» MBA preferred
» Background in developing, implementing, and optimizing lead generation programs
» Proven ability to execute successful integrated marketing strategies and manage multiple programs across a multitude of channels
» Knowledge of marketing enterprise software, SaaS experience preferred
» Passion for social marketing and technology
» Exceptional relationship skills, including superb written and oral communication skills
» Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully juggling a multitude of projects simultaneously
» Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
