Description:	MVC experience required 4 to 6+ years Microsoft .Net development experience (ASP.Net, C#) 2+ years development experience in SQL Server 2008 3+ years of OLAP, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services experience 3+ years of JavaScript/ jQuery programming Familiarity with Team Foundation Server is highly desirable Development experience on multiple platforms Some experience with IT management disciplines, such as project management is a plus Experience with multi-technology components in complex platform environments BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience . Develop well-articulated technology solutions that meet all technical and business requirements Conduct unit tests/quality assurance reviews for team deliverables Create and implement the best technical solutions for a given problem Conduct research to solve complex problems and understand trends to support the business systems Deliver simple to complex technical solutions with limited to moderate supervision Maintain an acceptable level of technical proficiency in current area of focus Deep knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technology Knowledge of systems development or infrastructure life cycles Knowledge of database technology A general understanding of business areas Solid knowledge of system testing techniques Strong communications skills Strong team player Position involves this position will primarily involve being a technical lead for system for a web-based system that handles functionality for the company's internal processes. It is comprised of many components like enhanced reporting, security of intellectual property, speed and configurability of client implementations, superior look and feel, and other advancements. In addition to providing technical direction and input; the position will require assisting in the development and support of the application and its related business functions.
