• 7 – 10 years of real estate
• Possesses significant apartment asset management knowledge. Deep market knowledge of NYC Metro; Washington, DC; Boston and Philadelphia preferred. In addition, Multifamily Hi-Rise/Mixed Use experience is desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge of analytic tools and research methodologies associated with real estate finance. Awareness and developing knowledge of real estate fundamentals.
• Experience in transaction execution
• Authorize and record transactions
• Some experience in low to mid level negotiations
• Experience with Yardi and revenue management software preferred Responsibilities:
• Serves as decision-maker and point of accountability for this function
• Independently evaluates investments and makes recommendations to senior management with minimal supervision.
• May represent senior operational leader or strategic leader in firm-wide initiatives.
• Through active asset management assures optimal execution of all transactions and full and proper implementation of business strategy and adherence to Company corporate values.
• Represents teams in the real estate management and financings markets with particular emphasis on brand awareness. Participates in industry forums and promotes the platform and the Company.
