Primary Skills: multi-site contact center operations, consulting experience
Description: 1) Knowledge on multi-site contact center operations, architecture and solution
2) Awareness of market needs, knowledge on competition and benchmarking would be an added advantage
3) Proven experience in Customer Experience management, consulting assignments
4) Proven experience in identifying the challenges and providing resolution (via IT, Business & Operations)
5) Experience working with offshore team
6) Knowledge on industries like BFS, IME, Insurance & Healthcare would be an added advantage.
7) Exposure to products like Avaya, Cisco , Genesys etc. Exposure to multiple products/platform is an added advantage
8) Should have played pre-sales / solution architect role for 2 -3 years
9) Knowledge on current trend in contact center technology
10) Good presentation skill & Self Driven

They will have you work in NJ but will do fly in/fly out
