• 8-15 years as Product Management VP or related role

• Minimum 3 years consulting to Product Management roles
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with global Agile software development
• Proven track record in identifying new product and service offerings and bringing them to market with high growth
• Willingness to travel
• Personal commitment to the success of our clients
• Must have strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Solid knowledge and network within the global product software development industry
• Combination of business skills and technical competence
Interpersonal Skills:
• Highly-motivated, creative thinker
• Ability to work independently
• Superior communication and writing skills
Education/Experience:
• BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, MBA a plus
The role will entail market strategy, service road maps, coordinating Sales, Solutions, Delivery and Finance as well as artifact creation and coordination. You should be a proven team leader and team player with a string of successful product launches – very likely within larger organizations but also high tech startups.
Additionally, we would like to take this expertise to our clients in the form of Product Management Consulting. Between 10 and 20% of your time will be focused on educating our clients on what it means to be an outstanding Product Manager in today’s world. Many of our clients are just becoming aware that they are actually in the software business. We need to help them be successful and success starts with clear vision and disciplined Product Management.
