Financial services company would like to be introduced to individuals with a minimum of 10-15 years of professional Regulatory reporting and public accounting-.
Review reports activities responsible for the analysis, review and filing of timely reports with various the Federal Reserve, FDIC and OCC.
You will have worked with: client disclosure controls and SOX controls as well as compliance with regulatory requirements
Provides analysis of changes in capital ratios under Basel I and leads the forecasting process for Basel I capital ratios.
Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements along with the regulatory legal team and business partners.
Directs activities of the group responsible for the analysis, review and filing of timely reports with various the OCC, FDIC and Federal Reserve
