Skill - Primary:
1) Strong technical design and leadership skills – should have managed team 4-6 developers in the past.
2) Participate in review sessions to analyze business requirements and write design specifications
3) Develop and unit test applications according to technical design specifications
4) Provide enhancements for existing applications according to written specifications
5) Take part in code reviews of own work, and the work of others
6) Support application deployment to the QA and Production environments
7) Troubleshoot problems as needed in the QA and Production environments
8) Work with team members both on and off shore in a collaborative development environment
9) Mentor junior members of the team with the goal of improving their design and development skills
10) Manage the project tasks to ensure on-time delivery of quality product features and enhancements
11) Experience with project management and excellent communication skills
12) Object-oriented Perl, mod_perl (module in Apache)
13) Perl data structures & references, CPAN, modules, and packages
14) Perl DBI experience
15) Web Development - HTML/CSS, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, PerlUnit
16) Apache, Linux ( LAMP Stack )
17) Strong SQL - MySQL or DB2 preferred
Secondary:
1) Agile Experience, SVN
