This position will be the first dedicated staff position in the Foundation, responsible for all Foundation activities - including strategic planning, budgeting, fund raising, accounting, and administration. Past Foundation activities have included scholarship awards in quantitative studies at top schools around the world, as well as general humanitarian contributions. After this dedicated resource is in place, the MD will be responsible for the evolution and creation of new activities/initiatives that will help and increase visibility of the Foundation. Candidates for this position must have:
- A Bachelor degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Administration skills
- Work or volunteer experience in non-profit organizations. Strongly prefers people whose backgrounds include time in financial services as well as in the NFP and Philanthropic world.
