Description: Will serve as the primary organization and thought leader for the Solutions and Services Group. This position will be responsible for managing a high quality customer-focused global Solutioning team that provides mature guidance to the company sales organization and prospects to recommend and develop meaningful customer solution offerings. In addition this role will be responsible for on-going sales support, including: preparing / delivering customized materials for new client meetings with sales, managing qualifications, proposal production and interaction with delivery managers / COE’s to efficiently deliver the highest quality proposals. 

Key Responsibilities: 
· Creation of Service families, solution sets, engagement and pricing models, reusable frameworks, sales kits and continuous improvement 
· Build and lead a team of sales engineers, trained in SES services that are assigned sales prospects where by creating a differentiation and adding a value to the new and existing client relationships 
· Strategize with the company’s Sales organization by presenting customized Engineering/Solutions offerings for prospects in order to address their challenging needs 
· Partner with consulting on new services Innovation to incubate new solutions 
· Partner with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to define critical gaps in capability, design a recommended future state, and outline implementation strategy 
· Interface to COEs/Delivery for Solution Development – COEs, SPOC’s 
· Key Analyst Spokesperson for Services, Solutions, Innovation and Consulting 
· Chair on Portfolio Governance Board 
· Create differentiation with prospects and add value to existing clients 
· Thought leadership and evangelism for relevant components of SES brand 
· Become the key visionary at the organization and thoroughly understand market tends, current business portfolio and future market needs 

Requirements: 

· 15-20 years IT experience with a focus on global IT Services & Solutions 
· Prior strategic leadership experience in Services & Solutions 
· Demonstrated experience in building and evolving services to maturity 
· Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to make recommendations and decisions independently 
· Excellent presentation skills required as participation in sales calls and other public speaking opportunities is expected 
· Experience developing off-shore and outsourced IT services solutions 
· Ability to develop effective working relationships with sales, marketing, clients and business partners 

Education: 

4-year undergraduate degree required, MS/MBA preferred 
Travel: Significant travel is required
