* Certified or Experience with one or more Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as Zachman or TOGAF Frameworks.
* Highly experienced with UML. Knowledge of design patterns and Model Driven techniques. Good knowledge of SoaML or SOMA etc.
* Understands Open Source web services stack that use OSGi and SCA.
* Experience with SOA implementations to address distributed service transaction requirements with support for standards such as WS-Policy, WS-Security.
* Clear understanding of Web services approach including Web service protocols such as SOAP and REST.
* Clear understanding of SOA Design time and Runtime Governance
* Must have very strong experience using Open Source enterprise products for development, deployment and governance.
* Knowledge of Apache ServiceMix, Camel, JBoss Drools - good to have
