Financial Services Director (Leasing)
• Manage the loan process and communicate with the Distributor network and Regional Business Managers (RBM’s).
• Provide management with creative solutions to resolve credit issues.
• Develop financing programs with Management.
• Identify new financing sources
• Manage internal loan portfolio
• Attend Distributor events
• Effectively communicate all loan programs to the RBM’s, end users and the Distributor network (i.e. financial calculators, webinars, etc.)
• Coordinate with Management and prepare weekly status reports.
• Document and report the latest trends and financing programs of the competition.
• Make use of spreadsheets and different statistical software in order to analyze the results of the department (i.e. loan activity for the year, approval rating, average transaction time.)
• Participate in Management meetings and training as necessary.

• Minimum 3 years experience in equipment leasing and financing transactions
• Working understanding of supplier / distributor networks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Database and Order Management including strong CRM skills).
• Foreign Language is a plus
