Description:    Typically experienced across multiple Information Technology areas and all system / applications software development. 
* Serves as point of escalation for complex issues. 
* Endeca IAP - Analytics package development experience is a MUST. 
* Extensive experience with J2EE platform and Java application development lifecycle. 
* Strong core java skills and practical knowledge of basic/intermediate design patterns. 
* Working knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Abstraction. 
* Experience with Spring 2.5 . 
* Good troubleshooting skills. 
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
* Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly 

Desired Skills: 
* Experience with Java Server Faces 1.2 /Spring MVC 
* Strong understanding of SOA and layered architectures preferred. 
* Experience consuming and/or developing web service
