Primary Skills: KYC, AML       
Description:    Supervise KYC analysts in validation of KYC/CIP customer information and assure that verification is in accordance with AML Policy and Procedure. Troubleshooting complex issues within CIP/ KYC system and various sub systems to resolution. 
Maintain exceptions records found in the KYC/CIP data 
Validate CIP information through documents and non-documentary methods 
Perform and record enhanced due diligence (EDD) on KYC data as required 
Perform independent quality control checks check of KYC information 
Review new accounts against Government Lists 
Perform periodic KYC reviews on risk-based schedule. 
Manage staff and assist with complex issues. 
EXPERIENCE: Intermediate experience of KYC and AML concepts. 
Intermediate knowledge of commercial banking products and account opening requirements 
General knowledge of commercial banking products a plus 

SKILLS: Good computer skills, Good interpersonal skills, Detail oriented and Good analytical skills.
