Description:    Must haves: Java, J2EE, Shell Scripting, strong querying with SQL and some database experience (please specify which ones, for how long and how recently). Middleware (Tomcat, Apache, Weblogic, Webmethods) and other distributed technologies are nice to have, but not required. Team lead experience is also required.
