Description:    · Design and develop PhoneGap and JavaScript based mobile apps 
· Lead architecture, design and coding of JavaScript frameworks for requirements such as data synchronization, data access, encryption, data visualization, touch screen interaction 

Must Have Skills 
· Experience with JavaScript 
· Deep understanding of implementing Object Oriented frameworks in JavaScript using techniques such as: organizing code into classes, constructors, inheritance, abstraction, encapsulation, polymorphism, virtual methods 
· Experience with HTML5 and CSS3. Ability to code and debug HTML5, JavaScript and CSS 
· Experience designing UI's for multiple form factors using techniques such as responsive design, device detection, CSS3 media queries 
· Experience with SVG and Canvas 
· Experience in data visualization 
· Experience building high performance web or mobile web apps with demonstrated ability to optimize through good design and coding practices 
· Strong communication, team and work ethic 

Nice To Have Skills 
1. Experience with PhoneGap 
2. Experience with mobile web or mobile app development using either native or mobile web 
3. Experience w/ Agile development methods, especially scrum 
4. Experience working with off shore teams 
5. Working knowledge of designing mobile web apps for low bandwidth and high latency network connectivity
