Experience of 5-8 years working on large, global systems
Industry knowledge is a must
Ability to write structured test suites based on business requirements
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the QA Process
Strong SQL query skills and basic knowledge of data management techniques
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
Must be a team worker with outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Attention to detail
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible

Description: Lead a team of QA Analysts/Testers for existing and new QA initiatives. Will be instrumental in risk analysis , QA metrics and resource planning. Write and execute test cases, automated and manual, to verify that software behavior conforms to specifications/requirements. Will be accountable for the quality of the team's deliverables. Execute QA plans as assigned by the QA Manager. Qualifications:
