Ability to manage both consulting and vendor functional and technical resources in the analysis, design, build, and testing of a Service-cloud-based application 
Provide guidance to technical development teams on solution for complex problems, with the ability to break down the full scope requirements into discrete, manageable pieces for allocation to sprints in the Agile approach. 
Provide Guidance to customer 
Assess and mitigate project risks 

Skills Required 

At least 10 years experience in software development and/or programming design and development. 4 years of experience with Salesforce.com 
Ability and willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA (long term project) 
Onshore project management experience at large, enterprise clients 
Experience in Force.com/Salesforce implementation projects 
Experience with SFDC integration & data migration 
Experience with Agile methodology 
Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification 

Preferred Skills 

Developer Certifications; Service Cloud Certification Salesforce.com development experience
