Description:    Prefer someone local or open to relocation 

Provide strong technical leadership and expertise in database design, implementation and maintenance phases. 

• Design and develop new database systems, working closely with a team of with DB2 DBA. 

• Create and manage DB2 packages, triggers, and stored procedures, views, SQL transactions 

• Should know Ingest utility to load DB2 tables from files or pipes. 

• Should understand supports serial, DPF, and pureScale environments, including HADR using Ingest. 

• Should be able Monitor the progress of the ingest operations using new ingest monitoring commands or existing monitor routines. 

• This individual should have strong understanding of relational databases, UNIX, Data Warehousing concepts.
