Description:   
Ø Negotiate the account renewals 

Ø Assess risk of new submissions, negotiate with brokers and issue proposals in accordance with underwriting guidelines 

Ø Maintain and develop relationships with brokers 

Ø Handle all aspects of accounts: commercial, underwriting, administrative 

Ø Issue market study and reporting data on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly) 

Ø Liaise with internal departments and global constituents 

Skills 
Less than 5 years of Underwriting experience is preferred but not mandatory. 
Candidates with a four year degree in business, insurance or aviation/aerospace is desired 
An interest in the aviation industry is also preferred if not experienced in Aviation. 

At minimum, the candidates should have experience as follows: 
Analytic: market research/analysis, information analysis 
Business Acumen: negotiation skills, presentation skills, 
Account Management: client service, administrative and operations support
