1. 6-8+ years of IT experience 
2. Strong communication skills. 
3. Strong object oriented design and development experience. 
4. Maintain existing RoR apps on Rails 2.3 and 3.0 and latest Rails version. 
5. Develop new apps using RoR 3, and 3.2 modern Java scripts. 
6. Work in Agile (SCRUM) model teams working with Business owners.
