Description:    - A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
- Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. 
- A proven ability to transform a complex set of business requirements into intuitive, scalable applications, web services or systems processes to provide business solutions. 
- Previous project leadership experience. 
- Three to five years Microsoft TFS experience. 
- A minimum of 6-8 years C#.NET Programming experience. 
- Six years SQL development experience with stored procedures & T-SQL.
