        Description:    2+ years in Level I/II trade support experience. 

Responsible for all operational needs of the trading groups. 
Be able to diagnose and solve problems from information given by customers. 
Maintain external relationships with counterparts at brokers, vendors, and clearing. 
Be ahead of regulatory and other external policy changes that affect trading operations in conjunction with the Compliance Specialist. 
Good Communication skills are a must. 
Proactively monitor dashboards and chat systems to detect problems and issues that traders are having with the floor trading environment.
