Description:    Candidates with knowledge and experience with the CA Identity suite including IdentityMinder, Siteminder, Siteminder Federation, LDAP Directory, Governance Minder, and Control Minder (formerly Role & Compliance Manager and Access Control). The ability to work on software installs, develop and change IdM and SM policies, understand data base structures, network, firewalls, and develop/support JAVA and PERL. This includes production deployments. The team needs to be able to set up federation agreements, install the CA products on both UNIX & Windows boxes, update LDAP schemas, understand LDAP& AD OU structures, and AD APO concepts. 

Other COTS and integration development/delivery leadership experience a plus. 

Insure knowledge management practices and tools are consistently used to continue to develop the client's intellectual property asset in the AIMS platform. Manage the knowledge transfer to new team resources and validate readiness for job execution.
