Description:    Serve as the Engagement Lead/Manager on the client team and responsible for program management for BPM engagements. 

Skills Required 
1) At least 10 years of experience, with majority in managing projects 
2) Exposure to full development life cycle. These are applications programs, not infrastructure. Neither infrastructure or ERP program managers will be considered. 
3) Managing a team size of at least 10 or so (willing to be flexible) 
4) Big 5 or offshore consulting exp is highly preferred 
5) Open to 80% domestic US travel (Monday-Thursday. Work from home Friday) 
6) BPM experience a plus, no required
