Description:    Must have 5 years of experience in: 
Specializes in Web application development using SQL Server 2008, .NET framework 4.0 and/or Oracle 11g, WCF. 
Crystal Reports XI, Microsoft Reporting Server etc. 
Skilled in web development technologies including .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Razor, WCF, Web Services, JQuery, JSON, T-SQL, PL/SQL etc.. 
Strong understanding in SDLC methodologies. 
Have a strong understanding of testing methodologies (using Visual Studio considered as bonus.) 
Understand and knowledge of use case scenarios. 

Must have 3 years of experience in: 
Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies. 
Strong understanding of Systems Operations best practices and methodologies. 
The ability to provide sound analysis and work effort estimates in line with good project management practices. 

Must have 2 years of experience in: 
SharePoint 2010, k2-Blackpearl, TFS. 
SharePoint development using Visual Studio 2010 and Designer Knowledge in content management, work flow customization. 
Sharepoint expertise in application and site pages, BCS, webparts, branding, etc.
