Primary Skills: Excel, reconciling telecom invoices, MDSL      
Description:    - Invoice reconciliation of 70 plus accounts 

- Logging and tracking of carrier disputes 

- Dbase Management & Entry (update costs, allocations, circuit & client info, etc…) 

- Performing Financial Month end Journals. 

- Data analysis (Review Dbase/Journals to ensure costs are allocated correctly) 

- Perform and provide line inventory reports to Desk Heads 

- Process & track circuit orders and disconnects 

- Circuit provisioning for all voice/data requests 

- Liaise with the Brokers re circuit orders 

- Liaise with Finance to resolve any dbase/allocation issues 

The candidate should possess the below skills: 

- Experienced reconciling Telecommunication invoices 

- Must be proficient in Excel, able to perform vlookups, pivot tables, etc… 

- Experienced working with Carriers regarding billing disputes 

- Experienced in provisioning voice & data lines (VPL’s ARD/MRD, T1, DS3, etc…). Experience within the Financial industry 

- Must have very good analytic skills in order to analyze costs, allocations, manipulate data, etc… 

- Must be organized and detailed oriented 

- Familiar with MDSL (Market Data Systems LTD.). MDSL is a Telecom/Circuit inventory program. 

- Accounting background is a plus
