Description:    Be a member of a New Applications Innovation Team 
• Manage New Applications NAFTA projects in alignment with corresponding projects in EMEA and APAC 
• Coordinate project related development activities 
• Develop industrial and academia partnership through open innovation 
• Assure proper intellectual property management for new applications 
• Identify customers unmet needs and develop innovative solutions 
• Define new sustainable business opportunities and convert them into projects 
• Manage projects according to an internal stage/gate process. 

Requirements: 

• PhD Degree in Chemistry or Materials Science with at least 10 years of experience gained in industry or national labs post Ph.D. degree 
• Broad general knowledge of Chemistry and Technology in the field of Materials Science 
• Customer focus, experience with customers and customers'' projects from concept to commercialization by working with various partners 
• Effective communication with presentation and written skills 
• Excellent personal and interpersonal skills in relating to others and managing diverse relationships 
• Strategic skills: creating the new and different, dealing with ambiguity, innovation management, and creativity 
• Energy and drive for results 
• Being open and receptive with good listening skills 
• Demonstrated leadership skills. 

Preferred Skills/Experience: 

• Experience with the casting process and composites is desirable 
• Broad knowledge of applications in defense, security, and safety is desirable 
• In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry, preferably in silicone or epoxy chemistry is a plus. 
Candidate Must Have : Ph.D. in Chemistry or Material Science,10 years of experience gained in industry or national labs post Ph.D. degree,Broad knowledge of chemistry and technology and how they apply to material science,The ability to think strategically and be focused on innovation
