Description:    Responsible for overall direction of all information risk and security functions associated with all applications, communications and computing services within the enterprise. At the same time, must be aware of the implications of legislated requirements that impact information security for the enterprise. Responsible for global and enterprise-wide information risk, security, protection and privacy of the corporation’s information assets and its employees. Oversees and coordinates information risk and security efforts across the enterprise, including coordinating with information technology, human resources, communications, legal, finance, facilities management and other groups, to identify information risk and security initiatives, standards and policies. 

Key Information Risk and Security Responsibilities 

· Overall accountability to set the vision and establish direction for the global deployment of information risk and security technology solutions that are clearly aligned with the strategic objectives and priorities the businesses. 
· Develop, document, maintain and oversee compliance for Information Security Policies and Procedures. 
· Educate balance of organization of system exposures and strategic initiatives aligned with other business initiatives. 
· Coordinate and conduct assessments to identify key exposures and recommend improvements. 
· Make recommendations to business leaders/management to ensure alignment with current and future standards and enhancements that will secure and mitigate risk to accept level in the environment. 
· Establish and lead incident response and remediation initiatives. 
· Attract, develop, retain and lead a team of highly skilled information risk and security professionals.

• CISSP, CISM and/or CISA certification(s) are required

General Requirements 
• Experience: Typically, 9-12 years of relevant ICT and/or information risk and security experience. 
• A degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or in a related area or equivalent experience. 
• General vendor management expertise and experience is a plus 
• Understanding of a global enterprise IT environments 
• General project management knowledge and experience is a plus
