Description:    Experienced Oracle Developer DBA with some knowledge of Informatica MDH (MDM) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT who will leverage technology to develop Master Data Management solutions. The candidate should have extensive application lifecycle experience developing, coding, testing, and debugging new software, or enhancements to existing software and enterprise applications. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 
· Support the existing Informatica/MDH processes; enhance, architect, design and lead coding for the new processes ensuring high quality and applying industry standards 

· Write technical design documents and follow the software development life cycle 

· Understand existing MDH processes and find ways to tune/improve them 

· Oversee all development and maintenance of MDH packages in Informatica and Oracle 

· A good understanding of System Project Lifecycle, should be able to work closely with ETL team members and DBAs to define requirements in a way that the all teams involved understand and are able to implement MDH and its related systems successfully 

· Provide consistent and frequent updates to immediate manager about the project status and concerns, also communicate with project team members. 

· Perform the role of a Senior Developer based on SDLC methodologies 

· Implement solutions considering accuracy, efficiency and reusability 

· Design the technical solution, effort estimates and costs for internal and external systems integration needs based on business requirements 

· Support QA/UAT and defect resolution 

· Coordinate deployment, including Change Management approvals and build management 

· Respond to support tickets and resolve issues based on the urgency and the importance of the issue 

· Handle business and user inquires about data and processes 

· Present technical solutions to management and decision makers 

· Think creatively and critically, analyzing complex problems weighing multiple solutions, and carefully selecting solutions appropriate for the business needs, project scope, and available resources 

· Experience working with diverse technical teams 

· Take responsibility for the integrity of the solution 

· Support the business groups by resolving issues and providing guidance and feedback to the user 

Competencies 

· At least 6+ years of database development, coding and maintenance in Oracle. 

· “Some” Experience with MDH is Preferred 

· Knowledge and experience with Informatica Hyperion 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

· Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and will have exceptional writing and communication skills 

· Demonstrated a record of developing successful applications that are highly integrated and reliable 

· Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

Academic Qualifications 

· At least a four-year degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field
