Description:    Our client is a Management Consulting firm that works with premier companies in the Energy and Process industries to implement strategic programs that deliver significant shifts in profitability. We are seeking MID TO HIGH LEVEL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS with expertise in Operational EXCELLENCE, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, and/or PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, specifically in the OIL, GAS, OR CHEMICAL industries. All candidates must come from a top-tier Management Consulting firm vs. a corporate environment. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
• 5+yrs of current management consulting experience in process improvement in the chemical, oil or gas industries. This must be experience within a major consulting firm working with external clients-not a corporate environment 
• Proven track record of helping major organizations implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements that can be directly attributed to the bottom line. 
• Candidates must have strong change implementation skills and demonstrable specialist expertise in the following areas: 
-Oil, gas or Chemical Business Process Implementations 
-Process Improvement, Chanage Management, Organizational Excellence 
-CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM A TOP TIER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRM!!!! 
• Strong structured methodology experience 
This is a role that requires a real passion for developing others using skillful observation, coaching and feedback. Some days you will be helping a client make improvements by implementing changes on the factory floor, and on other days, work in the board room with senior leaders helping them to formulate step-by-step plans to implement the best strategic solutions throughout their company.
