Description:    Program Manager directs customer support services, purchasing, warehouse management and other contract compliance activities. 

· Coordinate purchasing, customer services, vendor relationships and warehousing activities 
· Confer with customers on programs performance and evaluate areas for improvement and expanded services 
· Id Monitor programs effectiveness and prepare monthly reports such as cost, performance, service quality and improvements entify and implement substitution and standardization opportunities with the customer 
· Coordinate customer technical support and training needs for various programs 
· Coordinate programs and ideas for cost savings 
· Analyze supplier performance and make recommendations on new agreements 
· Identify and manage revenue opportunities that bring value 
· Utilize and maintain available information to improve programs 
· Review programs performance metrics with site such as inventory turns, delivery, savings and stockroom fill rates 
· Resolve program issues with customers 
· Ensure proper implementation, participate in the review to verify effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement of quality systems 
· Record and handle customer complaints 
· Coordinate vendor information sharing activities with the customer, including new product launch, value-added and cost savings initiatives 
· Perform other duties as required 
· Assist Training of CSR’s and other branch employees on materials applications and provide guidance on products. 
· Engage in supplier training programs. 
· Initiate internal and customer LEAN activities 

Job Requirements 
· Strong written and verbal communication skills 
· Strong presentation, interpersonal and persuasion skills 
· Strong computer skills (strong Microsoft Excel skills required) 
· Strong math and analytical skills 
· Ability to be organized and detail-oriented 
· Ability to use good judgment 
· Ability to clearly present complex data to non-technical staff 
· Thorough knowledge of sales, marketing, and processes
