Oracle EBS Application Developer
Provides technical leadership and expertise in a variety of Oracle EBS R12 application areas and technologies
Provides expertise in variety of development requirements (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Web Services, Portal, Scripting)
Validates functional specifications and creates technical design documents and specifications
Identifies critical data sources
Defines bolt-on software development requirements and configures tools
Define exception and error handling mechanism
Develops integration component and strategy across Oracle EBS modules and across business applications
Responsible for executing test cycles to validate solution
Develop software application cutover plan
Qualifications:
BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or Engineering with 15+ years of experience in development, or an MS degree with 13+ years of experience.
5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS (3+ years with version R12.x)
5+ years of experience in one or more of development topics (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms Personalizations)
10+ years of expertise in PL/SQL
5+ years experience in Oracle EBS R12 reporting tools, including Reports 10g, BI Publisher and PL/SQL package reports
5+ years of experience and understanding of underlying structures in the following Oracle EBS R12 modules: General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory, Receivables, Order Management
13+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies and/or other development lifecycle standards Preferred Additional Skills: The work requires Security clearance which is limited to U.S. citizens.
