Description:    Account Management Director to lead the Publisher Account Management team and strengthen client relationships. Team members will look to the Director for guidance and mentoring in upselling methodologies, relationship management and how to become an invaluable point of contact. 

Responsibilities and skills: 
• Take ownership and accountability for the team’s up-sell quota, renewal rates and client satisfaction metrics 
• Work closely with Publishers senior executives and CXOs 
• Lead a team of Publisher Account Managers who work with publisher clients in the day to day operations, including reporting, performance and analysis 
• Work closely with the Publisher Sales/BD as well as the remote R&D department 
• Develop a deep understanding of the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements to drive upsell opportunities 
• Gather ongoing customer requirements and business intelligence from clients and help shape future product direction with the Product Management team 

Requirements: 
• Significant and proven sales / up-sales track record, achieving and exceeding a designated quota 
• Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills, has experience working with C-level executives 
• A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media revenue ecosystem , including web advertising measurements and analytics 
• Hands on experience in Digital Media account management– both delivering service and managing it 
• Experience working with remote teams – a considerable advantage 
• Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports 
• Proactive, dedicated and creative in order to pull all necessary resources for the client
