Description:    Insurance Associate Partner (Sales/Delivery) 

Experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients. Understands the requirements of large and complex services engagements, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry. 

Experience establishing strong, trusted relationships with clients through the ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of expertise used in the delivery of complex services. Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, and assist company win business. Support and lead billable client activities within the practice and participate in related Sector. 

Required 
• Bachelor's Degree 
• At least 3 years experience in industry/consulting with hands on leadership, direction and delivery of large, complex, full lifecycle projects, including integration of ISV packages. 
• At least 3 years experience in industry/consulting focusing on one of the following: Claims, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing. 
• At least 3 years experience in Insurance industry focusing on Property Casualty or Life and Annuity. 
• At least 3 years experience in one or more of the following areas: large scale custom application development, User Experience Design, Legacy Modernization, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Marketing Management. 
• At least 3 years experience in working in a Global Delivery model. 
• At least 2 years experience in proven sales track record with individual signings of at least $4 million with demonstrated proficiency in developing channel and client relationships. 
• At least 3 years experience in client interaction/relationship building and must be able to work with client middle and executive management. 
• Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
