Description:    Someone who reads and writes well, has worked in a testing capacity, can talk to their specific MANUAL testing skills ..and they has written Test Scripts for Web Apps, Batch Streams, Shell Scripts, Company is a SQLServer .net, C# environment with a quirky back end. This is not necessary experience for tester 

They want people who have written and tested scripts and applications at a medium level, even a junior level is ok if they are highly motivated.
