                Description:    Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in Individual Insurance, or financial services industry with a minimum of seven years of experience managing a multi-function organization strong background in insurance 

Lead the Individual Disability Insurance Underwriting operations to support the IDI Business Unit’s and Company’s customer service, profit and growth goals. Collaborate with the other members of the Individual Disability Insurance Leadership Team. The position collaborates with operations departments as well as relationships to the critical operation functions taking place outside the business unit such as Commissions and Contracting, Mail, etc.
