Requirements: 
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline plus more than 10 years of technical and/or management experience, PLUS extensive experience with polyurethane rigid foam technology, processing, and applications, including production, formulating, and testing. Proven leadership, manage performance, and develop talent in technical organizations, Strong communication skills 

Plusses: 
• An advanced degree in a technical discipline with at least 5+ years of technical and/or management experience 
• Experience with business and relationships in the polyurethane rigid foam industry 
• Strategic agility mixed with managerial courage in order to drive for results, build effective teams and developing staff 

Responsibilities: 
Will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the Insulation Systems group initiating, leading, managing and prioritizing projects, developing Intellectual Property, and leading global technical exchange. 

• Help maintain the firm’s reputation for technical expertise on rigid foam for insulation by making public appearances at customers and industry functions 
• Provide input to Commercial Operations on technical priorities, customer issues, and segment strategies 
• Support advocacy efforts for energy efficient codes, legislation and regulations in accord with business unit strategy 
• Promote employee development within the group 
• Manage performance of group members 
• Provide cost center management
