Bachelors Degree in engineering field with 8+ years experience. 
•Masters Degree in engineering field with a minimum of 2 years experience. 
•PHD 
•APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS AS 
•Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations, Workmen''s Compensation Law, Construction Safety, Philosophies and Psychologies of Safety and of Incident Prevention. This knowledge must be exercised in both written and oral communication. 
•Must have good time management skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with a wide cross-section of the work force from line employees to top level managers. 
•In addition, communication with outside individuals and organizations are also involved. Excellent communications skills are necessary 
•Willing to work at two locations approximately 60 miles apart from one another. 

Act as point of contact for all Health, Environment and Safety activities for the Division 
2. Insure that both sites are in compliance with all corporate directives and regulatory requirements. 
3. Implement, promote, maintain and audit a structured safety process at Animal Health 
4. Participate as a team member in all construction and project planning and on major shutdown activities. 
5. Review and approve the Health, Environment and Safety section of capital expenditure requests. 
6. Manage the contract Security Agreement with a third party provider. 
7. Evaluate the Division''s facilities with regard to Federal, State and Local environmental regulations concerning hazardous waste generation, storage and transportation, wastewater treatment and discharge, air emissions, chemical storage as well as release and emission reporting.
