Description:    3- 5 yrs expert knowledge of HP LoadRunner. Intermediate knowledge of BMC Performance Manager and ipswitch What's Up Gold. Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle 10g), as well as C++ programming experience. 5 years work experience in Software Performance testing roles. Basic UNIX O/S knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze the usage of various HR & Payroll Applications to make the appropriate determination which functionality is an ideal candidate for automation. Ability to train others in HP LoadRunner script building, execution and analysis. Strong test automation background. Ability to plan and prioritize work along the critical path and meet project milestones and deliverable dates. Strong verbal, written and communication skills. Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementation. Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment is a plus.
