Description:    .Net, SharePoint & SiteCore experience required 

The Software Developer responsibilities include: 
· Designing, developing and implementing software packages for web-site 
· Communicating with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage web-sites. 
· Troubleshooting, debugging and implementing software codes. 
· Leading/mentoring junior-mid level developers 
· Accurately estimating time on projects, and meeting established budget. 
· Performing the function of Technical Lead for specific projects as required. 

Experience Requirements: 

· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field 
· Solid experience with SharePoint and Sitecore development 
· At least five (5) years of experience with the following: 
*Web development such as digital design/production or other client-services environment 
*Developing application using .Net framework. 
*Using the following: ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio.Net, Visual SourceSafe, ADO, COM Objects, HTML, Java Script 
· Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc. 
· Experience with N-tier application design, development and support. 
· Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented design & development 
· Experience with other web-based technologies / applications including SQL, Java, JSP, PHP 
· Experience utilizing application development methodologies 
· Experience in gathering user requirements, and full lifecycle application development 
· Solid back-end development experience 
· Ability to function as lead architect for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various web-sites 
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) 
· Work experience with marketing/advertising agency (can be in the past) 
· Experience delivering complex digital solutions 
· Familiarity with mobile marketing applications 
· Experience working with Umbraco a PLUS
