Description: Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Delivery: Manage and deliver parts of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
People Development:
Managers and senior managers are responsible for sales and delivery of HR Transformation projects and leading resources as well as owning the project planning process, resources/staffing, budget and risk.
Managers should expect extensive travel (80% domestic US travel)
Required Skills:
Human Capital Managers who specialize in HR Transformation enabled by PeopleSoft HR will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in one or more of the following:
Personnel Administration
Position Management
Benefits Administration
Compensation Management
Time and Labor
Payroll
ESS/MSS
Recruiting
Training and Development Management
Career & Succession Planning
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years relevant business consulting experience
Experience selling and leading large, complex global HR Transformation consulting engagements
Proven expertise leading large, complex teams through the project life-cycle
Extensive experience owning project budget, risk, staffing and client relationships
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday weekly)
In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to mentor junior staff
Strong presentation skills
