Description:    You will also be involved in designing, developing, and deploying custom web parts, web templates, workflows, and other solutions using SharePoint Foundation, working with and extending SharePoint services such as search services and FAST. 
All of our Consultants participate in every phase of the development life cycle including analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and implementation. You will work primarily on a client's premises, interact firsthand with users. Our consultants also experience a tremendous variety in the industries, companies, applications and technologies in which they work. 


Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: 

• 5 or more years of development and design experience with the .NET platform is required. 
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft products including: Visual Studio .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services. 
• Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation, WCF, JQuery, and Powershell is strongly desired. 
• Experience with Silverlight is a plus. 
• Must have 5 or more years of database design and development experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above. 
• Must have 5 or more years of SharePoint experience. Ideal candidates would have experience in administering and developing Sharepoint solutions. SharePoint 2010 experience is required. 
• Must have experience mentoring and leading teams of 2 or more developers 
• Microsoft certifications are a plus. 
• Strong ability to work in a customer interfacing environment. 
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary. 
• Exceptional leadership, communication and documentation skills. 
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant experience 
• Excellent work ethic 
• Must be willing to travel.
