Description:    Requirements 
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, statistics or similar discipline 
12+ years’ experience in managing Marketing Operations teams for a company size of over .5 billion in revenue 
Experience using Business Intelligence tools 
Strong analytics background and CRM experience 
General understanding of relational database management systems, such as SQL Server or Oracle 
Knowledge of lead generation and analysis 
Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Business Objects and Outlook 
Well organized; ability to work on several projects simultaneously 
Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines 
High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail 
Minimal, infrequent travel 

Manage a team responsible for developing and implementing marketing systems, reporting and metrics. Will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to establish processes and reporting that facilitates pipeline development. This person will ensure that the contact and lead data is accurate, complete and accessible, develop processes, checks and standards to ensure that all email campaigns are providing the best information to our customers and providing the best ROI. Will provide executive dashboards and granular campaign reporting, trending and analysis to measure marketing program ROI, lead funnel, marketing pipeline and market awareness. Will contribute to and maintain one and three year marketing plans, quarterly business revenue status reports and a quarterly calendar.
