BA Degree 
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing with specific experience in enterprise software, brand and digital marketing. DO NOT SEND A RESUME WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE 
Strong working knowledge of the enterprise software buying and marketing processes, preferred. 
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and influence others 
Ability to manage external vendors that provide marketing, design, and event consulting – on strategy and on budget. 
Knowledge of both online and traditional media design 
Ability to apply continuous improvement methods to drive operational excellence 
Ability to manage complex budgets 
Ability to lead by example 
Creativity in the development of new marketing programs. 
Exceptional conceptual and analytical skills. 
Capable of presenting to customers at conferences and to senior level executives. 

Responsibilities 
Manage extended team and work cross functionally to build and successfully execute a comprehensive program including all of the sessions and content 
Work with sales, marketing and other field facing functions to drive conference attendance 
Effectively manage the budget 
Manage multiple strategic corporate marketing programs and events 
Continuously improve and maintain all of the company tradeshow and program assets ensuring brand compliance 
Manage contracts with third party vendors to supplement in-house capabilities 
Work with Industry and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to grow global online and physical user communities
